Training & Supervision
A Thoughtful Approach to Training
Continuum Counseling & Coaching offers a small, mentorship-focused training environment for counseling interns who want meaningful clinical experience in a private practice setting.
The focus is on thoughtful supervision, real-world skill development, and helping interns grow into confident, grounded clinicians over time. This is an intentionally smaller, structured setting designed to support learning without the pressure of a high-volume environment.
With experience across community mental health, higher-acuity settings, private practice, and prior site supervision roles, the goal is to provide a training experience that feels both supportive and clear. The practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, DBT-informed approach and continues to grow through ongoing training and professional development.
Interns may also have opportunities to participate in biweekly trainings, learn about building a caseload, and contribute to future group offerings.
