Training & Supervision
A Thoughtful Approach to Training
Continuum Counseling & Coaching offers a small, mentorship-focused training environment for counseling interns and developing clinicians. The focus is on thoughtful supervision, meaningful clinical experience, and supporting you as you develop your identity as a therapist.
This is an intentionally smaller, supportive setting—not a high-volume environment—where you can build clinical skills at a sustainable pace while receiving consistent guidance and mentorship.
Drawing from experience across community mental health, higher-acuity settings, private practice, and prior supervision roles, the goal is to support clinicians in becoming more grounded, confident, and clear in their work.
