I am a Graduate Counseling Intern in the end of my supervised dedicated to providing a supportive, collaborative, and client-centered therapeutic environment. My approach integrates Adlerian, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered approaches to help clients build insight, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal growth.

I value creating a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the counseling process. My goal is to support individuals as they explore challenges, build on their strengths, and move toward meaningful change.
