Hi, Im Courtney Brabant
Licensed Professional Counselor| Clinical Supervisor
I’m the founder of Continuum Counseling & Coaching, where I work with individuals navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and opportunities for personal growth. I strive to create a thoughtful, supportive environment where clients can slow down, reflect, and begin making meaningful changes in their lives.
My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change develops over time through insight, skill development, and supportive conversation. I work collaboratively with clients to explore patterns, strengthen resilience, and develop practical strategies that support lasting growth.
I have particular clinical interest and experience working with individuals who struggle with long-standing relational patterns, attachment disruptions, and personality-related challenges. This work often focuses on increasing emotional awareness, strengthening coping skills, improving interpersonal functioning, and supporting the development of more stable and secure relationships.
My work often incorporates approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), skills-based emotional regulation, and insight-oriented exploration. I help clients better understand their internal experiences, regulate emotions more effectively, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
The name Continuum reflects a core belief that growth happens gradually. People are always learning, adapting, and evolving over time. Therapy provides a supportive space to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity, intention, and direction.
If any of this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out for a consultation. There’s no pressure or commitment—just an opportunity to see if it feels like a good fit.
My Approach
I believe meaningful change develops through insight, skill-building, and supportive relationships. My goal is to create a space where clients can slow down, reflect, and explore patterns with curiosity rather than judgment.
Together, we'll work to understand what is keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical strategies that support long-term growth.
Thoughtful Exploration
Therapy isn't about fixing who you are. It's about creating space to better understand yourself, your experiences, and the patterns that influence your relationships, emotions, and decisions.
Sustainable Change
Lasting growth often happens gradually. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, I help clients build insight, resilience, and practical tools that can support them long after therapy ends.
Practical Growth
Therapy is not only about insight. Together, we'll work to understand what may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful, long-term growth.
